01Acceptance
By creating an account or using Thumby ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Credits and Payment
Credits are purchased via Polar.sh and applied to your account balance. All prices are in USD. Credits do not expire. Polar.sh acts as the Merchant of Record and handles applicable taxes.
03Refunds
Failed or safety-filtered generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Successful generations are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have used 3 or fewer credits total — contact us at [email protected].
04Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
05Intellectual Property
You own the outputs generated by the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and serve outputs to you. Reference images you upload remain your property.
06Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
07Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
