Refund Policy

Automatic credit refunds
If a generation fails (Gemini API error, safety filter, or timeout), the credits reserved for that task are automatically returned to your balance. No action needed.
Successful generations
Credits spent on successful outputs are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a result, use the Reprompt feature (1 credit) to iterate — this is the intended workflow.
Unused credit balance
If you have used 3 or fewer credits since purchasing, you may request a refund of your remaining balance within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and we will process it within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension. If you believe a charge was in error, please contact us first — we will make it right.
